Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Timeline and Fees: Orders within Singapore are delivered in 2-4 business days. Complimentary shipping is offered for purchases over $50. A nominal fee of $3.00 is applied to orders under $50. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Note that delivery times may extend during sale periods or inclement weather.

  2. International Shipping: Currently, Murano does not offer international shipping.

  3. Hotel Deliveries: Deliveries to hotels are limited to the Hotel Reception or Concierge.

  4. Restricted Delivery Areas: Certain areas within Singapore are not serviceable due to restrictions.

  5. Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order is dispatched.
